The African deal board

Buy a small African internet business.

YouTube channels, websites, apps and domains, for sale by the people who built them. We watch every owner open their live analytics and the account the money lands in before a listing goes up.

Browse the real numbers. Make your own offer. No account needed, and you do not have to be a developer to buy one.

02 · The process

How a sale works

Three steps. No accounts, no bidding wars, no listing fees.

STEP 01

You make an offer

Pick a listing and send a number with your name and a way to reach you. It goes straight to the person who built the thing. No account needed.

STEP 02

You talk to the owner

They reply within two days. You ask whatever you want and can ask to see the same screens we saw. Most deals move on the price at this stage.

STEP 03

Money is held until transfer

If you both want it, we hold the money while the domain, code and accounts move across. The seller is paid once you confirm you have everything.

03 · Deal protection

The asset moves before the money does.

Optional help for buyers and sellers who do not want to manage a cross-border handover alone.

01 / AGREE

You settle the price

Talk directly, ask for deeper diligence and agree what is included. Uza does not manufacture a bidding war.

02 / HOLD

Funds wait in between

The buyer sends the agreed amount before credentials move. The seller can see the deal is funded.

03 / RELEASE

You confirm the handover

Domain, code and accounts move across. Funds are released only after the buyer confirms receipt.

No fee to list or make an offerManaged transfer: 5% of the sale price

How do I buy a website or online business in Kenya or Nigeria?

Pick a listing on this page and send an offer with your name and a phone number or email. The offer goes to the owner directly. They reply within two days and you agree the price between you.

Once you agree, we hold the money while the domain, the code and the accounts are transferred to you. The seller is paid only after you confirm everything has landed.

How do you check that the revenue and traffic are real?

We book a 30 minute call and the owner shares their screen while we record it. They open live analytics in front of us, not a screenshot or an exported PDF. Then they open the dashboard the money actually lands in: M-Pesa, Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe or whatever they use.

If the live numbers do not match what they told us, the listing does not go up. Anything an owner told us but could not show is labelled Owner reported, not Checked on a call.

A domain with nothing built on it has no analytics and no payments to show, so the check is a different one: we confirm the owner actually controls it by watching them open the registrar account, and we check the registration and expiry dates against the public record ourselves.

For a YouTube channel it is YouTube Studio and the AdSense payout screen, opened live in front of us. We keep a frame from that call and put it on the listing, so you can see the numbers rather than take our word for them.

Can I sell without my audience finding out?

Yes. Ask for a confidential listing and the name, the link and the analytics image stay hidden. Everything a buyer needs to judge it stays public: profit, revenue, traffic, age, what it is monetised by and the asking price.

Buyers press Request access, tell us who they are and agree to keep it to themselves. We pass that to you and you decide who gets the name. Nothing about a confidential listing is published, not in the page, not in the code behind it, and not in the data search engines read.

What happens to monetisation when a channel changes hands?

It does not travel automatically. The channel moves through a Brand Account transfer, which is a supported YouTube feature and does not breach their terms, but the new owner has to link their own AdSense and the channel may go back through review. Budget about 30 days before money flows again.

We say this on every channel listing because it is the thing most likely to surprise a first-time buyer. If you want us to hold the money until monetisation is restored rather than until the channel moves, say so and we will write it into the deal.

What does it cost?

Nothing to list and nothing to make an offer. If you want us to hold the money and run the transfer, that is 5% of the sale price. If you would rather deal directly with each other, that is fine too and it costs nothing.

Can I offer less than the asking price?

Yes. The asking price is what the seller hopes for, not a fixed price. Send the number the business is worth to you. Most deals here are settled somewhere between the asking price and the first offer.

How do I sell my website, SaaS or domain?

Fill in the seller form on this page with your URL, your monthly revenue and costs, and what you want for it. We reply within two days to book the call. If the numbers hold up on screen, it goes on the board, usually within a week.

There is no fee to list and no exclusivity. You can sell it somewhere else while it sits here.

How does the money actually move between countries?

It depends on where both sides are. Within Kenya it is usually M-Pesa. Across borders it is usually a bank transfer or a stablecoin transfer, whichever the two of you agree on. We hold the funds in between and release them once the transfer of the asset is confirmed.

Who is behind this?

A small team in Kenya. We are building this in the open and we are starting narrow on purpose: a handful of listings we have personally checked, rather than a directory of thousands we have not. If something on this page is wrong, tell us and we will fix it or take it down.

Two ways in.

Buy something that already makes money, or hand over the thing you built to someone who will look after it. Both start with one message and neither needs an account.
